Function:
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that cannot be synthesized by animals and must be supplemented through feed. It participates in protein synthesis and neurotransmitter metabolism. Anti-stress and Behavioral Regulation: Increases serotonin levels in the brain, reduces abnormal behaviors such as feather pecking and tail biting in livestock, and alleviates stress responses from transportation, relocation, and high temperatures.
Growth Promotion and Efficiency Enhancement: Boosts appetite, improves feed intake, enhances protein deposition efficiency, optimizes feed-to-meat ratio, and accelerates growth rates.
Health and Immunity: Participates in niacin synthesis to maintain skin and digestive system health; enhances recovery and immune regulation through improved sleep patterns.
Applications:
1. Swine Feed: Starter feed for piglets and growth/fattening feed to reduce stress and improve weight gain.
2. Poultry Feed: Layer and broiler feed to boost egg production, weight gain, and feed efficiency.
3. Aquatic Feed: Fish and shrimp feed to promote feeding behavior and reduce fighting injuries.
4. Specialized Animal Feed: Fur animals and pet feed to improve mood and physical fitness.
